As Head of Engineering, Beau Haugh is responsible for bringing cutting-edge technology that will bridge between digital and physical spaces to the company. Beau is a startup founder, hacker, engineering leader, product designer and has worked for notable efforts like Airbnb, Hillary for America, and Quartet Health.

Alex Adolfson

Venn’s mission is to “help create a sense of Belonging for people in their homes and neighborhoods.” From day one, that’s meant building the tech platforms, expertise, and experiences that empower people everywhere to connect with the neighbors and neighborhoods around them. Eric Adolfsen joins Venn with over 15+ years of creative experience. Most recently Eric was a Creative Director at Red Antler, a New York-based Brand Identity, Strategy, and Creative Agency, with a focus on DTC brands. From 2011 to 2021, he was the Co-Founder and Creative Director at Reunion Goods and Services.
