Before joining, Patrick led Customer Success teams at Recurly (Acquired by Accel-KKR in 2020), OneLogin (Series C SaaS startup) and Zimbra.

Phil brings over 15 years of senior and executive management experience and more than 20 years of software development expertise to Operix. Before joining Operix, Phil was the VP of Engineering at Thunderhead, a cloud-based customer engagement platform that Medallia acquired.

Andrea oversees the Customer Success efforts at SafeSend, with a vision in strategy to provide customers with a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources. Andrea focuses on delighting customers and developing high-performing, customer-focused teams. Before joining SafeSend, Andrea worked at several hyper-growth SaaS companies where she excelled at creating, adopting, and leveraging customer success best practices.

    Field Nation is the complete field service marketplace and project management solution that connects businesses and contingent workers. They enable companies to find, hire and pay service technicians when - and where - there is work to be done. Shane has spent 20+ years building online products and growing online businesses with a focus and passion for marketplaces. More recently, Shane was the VP Product for Workrise, a marketplace for skilled trades labor. Shane has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Case Western University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at Cal-Berkeley.

Adrian joins SafeSend with over 10 years of product experience, most recently he served as VP of Product at Ascent reporting directly to the founder/president, and led product, design, and customer experience.

As the Head of Customer Success, Brian oversees the expansion of the Customer Success division, focusing on strategic, operational, and tactical workflow optimizations to accelerate revenue growth and customer engagement. Previously, Brian spent nine years with FairWarning as Senior Vice President of Customer Success.

    Realync is a leader in video leasing and resident engagement platforms enabling live video tours, live virtual open houses and DIY pre-recorded videos of properties. As Vice President of Technology, Moses Dwaram focuses on the efficient operation of the product and development teams, leading and scaling Realync’s technology strategy, and bringing innovative solutions to market. Dwaram has over 20 years of experience with software engineering, technology development, and bringing creative product solutions to market.

Prior to joining Gooten, Nelson led product strategy at Kibo Commerce and Shopatron, the world’s leading provider of cloud-based eCommerce order management solutions.

Previously, Madeline rose through the ranks at OutboundEngine, a Marketing SaaS company where she was largely responsible for creating the Customer Success function from the ground up.

As their VP of People Operations, Sarah Lodato is building out the HR organization. Prior, she was the Head of People Ops at Roadie where she led all things, culture, engagement, learning and development, and recruitment. She is also a Regional Organizer for Tech Ladies, an organization that helps connect women with the best jobs and opportunities in technology roles at Tyco and Trident Motion Technologies, including more than 22 years with GE, with his last role leading global engineering for their Motors & Controls business. Marshall is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
