Mike co-founded 33eleven out of a desire to build an executive search firm serving the needs of disruptive technology and startup ecosystems. His career spans 25 years with a focus on building successful leadership teams as a trusted partner to founders and CEOs. Mike has directly executed leadership searches for companies ranging from Seed-funded to PE-owned, with a particular focus on technology, product, data and GTM verticals.

Matt is passionate about growing businesses through innovative technologies and creative storytelling that enhance a consumer's opinion and engagement with a brand. Matt has led marketing, business development, and innovation teams for some of the world’s largest media companies and their respective brands, including Conde Nast and TIME. Matt spent years leading WIRED through digital transformation, exploring the intersection of technology and humanity, launching the first digital edition of WIRED Magazine with Adobe and Apple, and creating the first branded content agency in legacy publishing with WIRED Brand Lab. Most recently, Matt was the VP of Progress Marketing at TIME, where he led consumer products and worked on the launch of TIME’s web3 community platform, TIMEPieces.

Mike is a Bryant University 2018 grad with professional work experience as a data analyst for Waters Corporation and USA Football. Mike just wrapped up his Masters in Data Science at SUNY Old Westbury, Mike joined the 33eleven team as the first-ever data analytics and research intern in late 2021. His skills with data offer a unique asset and perspective to the executive search process. Mike is extremely motivated and excited for what the future holds ahead of his young career with 33eleven.
